Other than the beautiful scenery that makes for awesome backdrops, other reasons we love shooting at the Montage is that it has ample parking, it has easy access, but mostly because you have the resort, the park and the beach all in one location. One other item to note is that if we shoot your Montage Laguna Beach engagement photos around the holiday season, the Montage adds Christmas lights on to their palm trees, which makes for a romantic setting for your shots. There are several facilities in the resort and if you are staying there, we can shoot inside the room as well. We don’t typically shoot photography inside the Montage, but if you are staying at the resort or if you are there as a guest for an event, we can then do a session inside during the event you are there for. As mentioned, this is a great spot to stop for photos before heading down to the beach. It has lots of green grass and trees, as wells as unique benches and flowers. However, before you get to the beach, a great location to shoot your session is this absolutely beautiful park area on the upper side of the cliff, which alone is worth capturing some really great looking engagement session moments.
